Looking for a Lake Oconee Foreclosure?

I try not to spout real estate too much on the Lake Oconee Life blog but I scored a couple of amazing foreclosure listings and need to get the word out.  I believe properties like this can get more people to the lake at low prices.  And after all, that’s the goal of this blog; to get the word out on how great Lake Oconee is and bring more people to the area!

I’ve been working with my friends at a local Georgia bank on these two foreclosures for a couple of months now.  The bank has put A LOT of money into them but we managed to keep the price low enough a young family could come in and purchase them.  And they are still putting money into them!  I’m headed over to the houses in a few minutes to check the continued progress on the landscaping.  Here’s a couple of photos.  Many more pics and a lot more information on my website.

$130,000 Each for these 3 bedroom, 2 bath bank owned foreclosures!
