Lake Oconee Real Estate

Friday I put together a quick market analysis on local area real estate transactions from January 1, 2010-March 18, 2010 compared to the same dates for 2011.  The data shows a nice increase in residential home sales while land continues to struggle, at least in terms of price.  Time on the market, however, shows that cheaper land is getting snatched up more quickly.

March has been exciting for me so far.  I picked up three listings in the last week and five buyers have called about showing them around Lake Oconee.  March and April are devoted to video, including a bunch of interviews Drew and I are doing during Masters week.  I was invited to speak at the April 13th meeting of the Greene Co. Chamber of Commerce about social media and blogging.  And on top of all that, my Lake Oconee Business Profile idea seems to be a hit and I’m officially backed up on profile write-ups!
